Very positive experience purchasing a vehicle from John Jones! Quenton and Aaron are very impressive with their knowledge. I did not feel pressured and really appreciated their kindness.

Quenton Harkness at John Jones in Greenville, IN, was absolutely amazing to my husband and I! He went above and beyond when I came in to purchase my vehicle and made the entire process easy. He was there to help every step of the way—even after hours! 😅 Any time an issue came up, he didn’t just brush it off. He found a solution, followed through, and got things done! You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they have a great experience. I highly recommend Quenton to anyone looking for a great, honest, and ... Read More

Ii purchased a vehicle from the Greenville outlet, sales staff was awesome, no complaints at all. The temps hit -8 and froze the pcv system and boom blown rear main seal. I take the day off and visit the dealership in Salem I was given the feeling that they didn't want to deal with it. "It will be 6 weeks before we can diagnose it, but you can take it anywhere else" So I called Coyle. Not only did they pick it up. Withing 3 days they had my engine ordered and another week installed and black on the road. Service after the sale folks. That's what keeps customers coming back. Only reason this gets 2 stars is a review on the outlet and not the Salem dealership. But they are guilty by association.

Called about a blue tacoma trd sport. Was told it was being detailed and they wouldn't know when it could be looked at. They said they would call be back to let me know. Well, they did call me, to tell me someone else was doing a credit app on it. This isn't the first time they have jerked me around, either. I showed up for an appointment on a Camry they sold out from under me as well. I guess that's how they treat repeat customers. Ridiculous.

My 19 year old son purchased a 2018 jeep wrangler in July. A college student on a budget. The salesman was super nice and my son was super excited. He kept saying it hadn’t sold because of the manual windows and locks. I feel like there is no way they didn’t know the kind of issues this jeep had. The warranty covered all but $160 of the first $3900. 4 safety recalls were open. The check engine light has been on and off the last few weeks. Turns out it’s the abs module. It’s bad. The car can’t be driven ... Read More

The car can’t be driven and the part is on an indefinite backorder. Now he’s 2 hrs away at school without a car. I know that problems can be expected from a used car, but not that it will be undriveable 2 months later.
